It lets us push a lot of current over short distances without needing bulky copper busbars. The result? A super small footprint that still delivers the rapid, intense heating you need.
Material & Design
The quartz envelope is built to handle sudden temperature swings. It keeps the heat output steady, even when you’re cycling the lamp on and off quickly. And the halogen fill gas? That’s what protects the filament. It stretches the lamp’s life and stops that annoying blackening that kills output over time. Then there’s the R7s connector—a straight, two-pin ceramic base. It’s a trusted industrial standard for a reason. You can swap it out fast, with no tools, right on the line. If your machine already uses R7s, this is a straight plug-and-play replacement.
Application & Benefits
This lamp was made for jobs like PET blowing and small-part thermoforming. You know, the ones where you need serious, localized heat but don’t have room to spare.
